They are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal to lead their SoCal office near Pasadena. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing regional operations, managing client relationships, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex educational and municipal projects.

Responsibilities include

• Leading office operations and staff across planning, finance, and program management.
• Managing client engagements, ensuring timely and successful project execution.
• Developing new business opportunities and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with California education and planning regulations.

Compensation

• Salary up to $275,000 plus performance incentives and full benefits.
