Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to serve as the technical leader for one of our processes at a small manufacturing facility. This role requires a self-starter who can effectively manage and prioritize all aspects of engineering within a plant operation, driving both technical excellence and business performance. The Process Engineer will co-own key performance metrics with the Plant Manager.
