Job Title: Process/Project Engineer

Location: Port Edwards, Wisconsin

What's the Job?

• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance within the plant, demonstrating personal leadership in safety and environmental initiatives.
• Support project compliance with construction, engineering, safety, and environmental codes and regulations.
• Lead safety and process-related incident investigations, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Plan and implement process improvement projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Support plant operations and maintenance in troubleshooting complex or repetitive problems to ensure continuous improvement and reliability.

What's Needed?

• Degree in Engineering; Chemical Engineering degree preferred with experience in continuous manufacturing processes.
• Experience with process improvements, root cause analysis, and process safety management.
• Knowledge of process analysis, engineering practices (RAGAGEP), and project management for small to medium projects.
• Familiarity with Management of Change systems, equipment specification, and materials procurement.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications are preferred.
