As a Product Design Intern, you will be an integral part of our UX/UI team, working closely with designers, researchers, developers, and product managers. You will support various design and research operational tasks, including user journey mapping, data synthesis, field studies, and updating design components. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop your design skills, gain practical experience, and contribute to real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities: - User Journey Mapping: Collaborate with the design team to map out the user journey for some internal team processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Research Data Synthesis: Assist in synthesizing UX research data, translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Support on Field Study Research: Participate in field study research, helping to gather user feedback and observations to inform design decisions.
- Updating Figma Components: Organize and update our Figma design components to streamline the design process and ensure consistency across projects.
- Design of Landing Page Templates: Contribute to the design and development of landing page templates, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with our brand guidelines.
Qualifications: - Degree or experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.

Base Salary The base salary range is between $40 - $45 hourly. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
