This person is responsible for inspecting and testing our returns of live sound & recording hardware, pro audio software, and a variety of music equipment for proper function and sell-ability. If you are a Gearhead, love to work with your hands, and enjoy problem solving, this position is perfect for you. You'll be part of a team who coordinates our returns with our vendors and customers to make the overall guest experience flawless! Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Qualifications Candidates must have basic working knowledge of MIDI and audio recording concepts, music technology Strong working knowledge of computer operating systems Desire to pay close attention to detail, high level of organization, and the responsibility to promptly complete assigned tasks Ability to lift over 50 lbs The ability to work both individually and with a team Familiarity with iOS, MAC, and PC functionality Located at Sweetwater's amazing facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
