Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Framingham, MA
Duration: 6month contract with Ext
Need Local candidates who can work on W2
Responsibilities
Maintain permit schedules, logs, and documentation
Prepare and submit permit applications and follow up on approvals
Act as a liaison between project teams, consultants, and permitting authorities
Coordinate and track permitting activities across multiple projects
Support project reporting, status updates, and compliance tracking
Organize meetings, agendas, and action items
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (0–2+ years experience preferred)
Familiarity with the electric utility or power industry is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Technical Skills
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
