Take ownership and initiative on all projects from conception to completion. Organize client meetings/sub meetings and develop long-term relationships. Perform estimates. Prepare budgets and schedules. Report directly to the President and Operations Manager. Proactively drive solutions.

10+ years of construction experience - ideally with a General Contractor. Industrial Project Experience - Warehouses, cold storage facilities, manufacturing facilities, big box. Proven experience in management of cradle-to-grave construction process. Estimating/Preconstruction experience is a plus. Carpentry background or electrical experience is a plus. Potential to grow into leadership roles. Strong presentation and desire to client face.
