Job Description

Overview: The Project Manager will play a critical role in delivering the Finance Solutions & Technology (FS&T) vision and roadmap. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of Enterprise Planning & Analytics (EP&A) projects, including project planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented leader with strong Project Management and Finance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage complex projects through the entire project life cycle using both waterfall and agile methodologies. This includes:

    • Project Schedule Management
    • Integration and Dependency Management
    • Resource Planning and Management
    • Risk, Issue, Action, and Decision (RAID) Management
    • Scope and Change Management
    • Financial Management
    • Communications and Status Reporting
    • Compliance and SDLC adherence
  • Leadership & Communication: Develop strong relationships with project core team leads to understand requirements, identify risks, and drive project success. Lead meetings with stakeholders at all levels, clearly articulating project status, key issues, and dependencies.

  • Project Quality: Review and enhance key project deliverables to ensure program quality and delivery excellence. Collaborate with the SigniFi and EP&A PMOs to implement process improvements and ensure consistent status reporting.

  • Decision Making & Influence: Make informed decisions and escalate issues when necessary. Lead, collaborate, and influence peers and senior management effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 8+ years of Project Management experience, particularly in enterprise-wide implementations.
    • 5+ years of Finance experience (Finance processes and/or technology) preferred.
    • Proven experience with SAP ERP system implementations, including project planning and execution.
    • Familiarity with project support tools like Jira, Planview, and MS Office.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Management, or a related field required.
    • Post-graduate degree and/or PMP certification preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Strong technical aptitude and experience in SAP ERP system implementations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
    • Demonstrated integrity, ethical behavior, and strong problem-solving abilities.
