A large energy company is looking for an Recruiter to sit onsite 5 days a week in Dallas, TX. Listed below are the tasks you will be completing.
•Sourcing and screening candidates for various Service and Construction positions
•Coordinating interviews and hiring processes with hiring managers
•Negotiating offers and closing candidates
•Maintaining candidate databases and tracking metrics
•Building and maintaining relationships with candidates

Required Skills & Experience

* 1 year of full cycle recruiting

* Ability to handle high-volume requisition load and prioritize tasks effectively

* Proficient in using a ATS
