Title: Recruiter
Location: Mason, OH
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm | Monday - Friday
Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Weekly Uncapped Commission

Novo is a veteran owned, behavioral healthcare and educational services recruiting company dedicated to providing staffing solutions to our clients across the U.S. We are not just looking for recruiters but for people who are passionate about their work and are excited to help build a team.
Job Description:
• Recruit and place contract and direct placement professionals across territory
• Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and contractors
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on job sites, networking, etc.
• Full phone screen, conduct reference checks, and interview all candidates for open positions
• Work closely with account managers and sales team to ensure division growth and client needs are met
-Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Qualifications:
Must:
-2 years healthcare recruiting experience
-Recruiting business development experience
-Excellent customer service skills
-Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
-Effective communication skills
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-High-energy and passion
-Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
