Avera is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our IT Telehealth Team!

• Schedule: Monday - Thurs 8am-5pm, Every other Friday 8am-5pm. Enjoy every other Friday off!

Job Summary

• Responsible for working with physicians and their office staff in coordinating eConsult sessions. Responsible for establishing and documenting proper procedures and policies regarding eConsult consultations and training personnel involved.


• Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer's status. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.

Education and/or Experience

• Associate or Baccalaureate in nursing. Baccalaureate in nursing preferred.


• Prior experience related to eConsultis is desirable. Prior work with videoconferencing equipment is desirable.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Current South Dakota Nursing License (RN) and valid South Dakota driver’s license is required.

Work Schedule

• Monday - Thursday, Every other Friday; 72 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $26.25 - $39.25 per hour
