This Full-Time position is designed for individuals seeking to make a significant impact in the lives of our members from the comfort of their own home. As a Remote Enrollment Agent, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in extending the extensive range of supplemental benefits we offer to our diverse clientele. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about providing financial solutions and maintaining high standards of service and compliance in the insurance industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
• Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed
• Provide ongoing support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies

Requirements

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
• Have computer experience, organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Possess a competitive sales drive
• Excellent problem solving & critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Ability to be coachable & implement constructive criticism
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
