Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Iowa

Location: Dubuque, Iowa

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual mental health counseling to individuals, couples, or families
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support client progress
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic health records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team

Requirements

• Active LMHC license in the state of Iowa (required)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
