What Youll Do: - Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and top talent.
- Partner with businesses to fill critical roles quickly and effectively.
- Source, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews and negotiate offers.
- Utilize cutting-edge recruiting tools and proven methods to connect the right people with the right opportunities.
What Were Looking For: - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- High energy, resilience, and a passion for connecting people.
- Comfortable with phone-based relationship building and outbound activity.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and a strong ethical mindset.
- Degree preferred, but not required.
