Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join our Utilization Review team. This is a 100% remote role requiring strong skills in inpatient case management and utilization management.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with weekend rotation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct utilization reviews using MCG and InterQual.
Complete patient assessments and support discharge planning.
Drive progression of care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Document accurately in Epic.
Requirements:
RN license (Indiana or Compact state).
Minimum 2+ years of inpatient case management experience.
Proficient with MCG and InterQual.
Strong independent work and communication skills.
Preferred: Certification in Case Management.
