Ideal Candidates Will Have:

At least 5 years of nursing experience, with a preference for experience in the emergency department, call center, or triage in a provider's office.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent computer proficiency to navigate triage protocols and document patient interactions.
A passion for problem-solving and providing exceptional patient care over the phone.
Compact nursing licenses are encouraged, with additional state nursing licenses required to be obtained.
