We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Relations Event Representative.

Job Description: As a Sales & Customer Relations Event Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by executing successful events that drive engagement, sales, retention and support. You will work closely with our team & clients to understand their needs, increase sales and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong understanding's of our clients & their projects/needs.
  • Collaborate with teammates to execute events, including fundraisers, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs throughout Nashville.
  • Identify and sell to new opportunities at face to face events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless events and training.
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is a plus - not required. This is an Entry-Level Role.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer relations, and event planning, preferably within the nonprofit sector - is a plus - not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, sports-minded and student mentality. Always on time to work & showing up ready to learn and work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Passion for nonprofit work and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
