The Role:

Are you excited about working with clients in the interior design industry? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you to join a fantastic company.

We seek a designer to create and sell custom closet solutions for residences, including meeting with clients, space planning, color/material selection, design execution, proposal creation, sale, and project management. 

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with clients, possess a flair for interior design, and be passionate about customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent Inspired Closets at client appointments; identify, evaluate, and design solutions meeting client's needs
• Manage 7-10 weekly client appointments
• Drive an opportunity through full sales cycle meeting or exceeding sales goals 

• Maintain high-quality standards and manage each customer to completion
• Networking to build relationships with clients and potential clients 
• Create and manage a personal marketing plan
• Attend all required meetings and training

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior sales experience preferred
• Passionate about interior design and home improvement
• Spatial reasoning skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience designing in CAD or other design programs is helpful
• Associates degree required

JOB TYPE:  FULL TIME

COMPENSATION:  Uncapped commission plus bonuses

This position requires the ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders. Occasionally lift and move supplies, samples, and staging items up to 25 pounds.
