Job Description
The Sales Recruiter plays a strategic role in our company by sourcing, attracting and hiring top-performing sales talent who will drive our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and recruiting. They will collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience to position Marshall+Sterling an employer of choice for the industry's top talent.
- Create and implement a talent acquisition strategy in consultation with hiring managers with particular focus on production roles.
- Customize and maintain a sales profile unique to our company and culture.
- Determine the audience, method and reach of sales hiring process.
- Design eye-catching recruitment advertisements for sales candidates.
- Advertise sales positions using suitable print and broadcast media channels, and online recruitment platforms.
- Follow up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals.
- Conduct screening of applicants.
- Schedule interviews with short-listed candidates on behalf of the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates for future hiring opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process and in making objective hiring decisions.
- Maintain employee records toward tracking hiring successes and identifying future opportunities.
- Provide regular report to leaders on the success rate and progress of sales positions that are filled.
- Keep up with changes and trends in the industry to help improve our recruitment strategies.
- Maintain professional accreditation necessary to meet agency standards.
- Build and maintain a favorable and professional work relationship with other staff members.
- Adhere to established employee manual policies and guidelines.
- Adhere to workflow and E&O procedures and guidelines to reduce the risk of E&O claims.
- Promptly report all E&O claims and potential E&O claims.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales roles and/or demonstrable sales experience and success in a related position.
- Strong understanding of sales functions and the qualities that make a successful salesperson.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and strong recruitment intuition.
- College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of human resources databases, hiring strategies and applicable labor law.
- Knowledge and familiarity with prescribed key performance indicators (KPI's) for successful salespeople.
- Experience with Microsoft office programs.
- Ability to work effectively and relate well with others including superiors, colleagues inside and outside the company in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.

Salary is $100,000 base plus additional incentives based on hiring performance.
