We are seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our team. This role will involve translating business requirements into Salesforce-aligned functional scenarios, validating configurations and integrations, and ensuring high-quality delivery across enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce functional analysis, testing, and cross-team collaboration, with a passion for delivering reliable and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Job Title: Salesforce Functional Analyst Location: Seattle, WA (On-site) Duration: 6 Months (Contract) Job Description:

The Salesforce Functional Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs with Salesforce platform capabilities by defining functional scenarios and acceptance criteria. As a Salesforce Functional Analyst , you will validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, and business processes to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. The Salesforce Functional Analyst will assess upstream and downstream system impacts of Salesforce changes, including user onboarding and shared services. This Salesforce Functional Analyst role involves performing functional and end-to-end validation of Salesforce LC Next Gen solutions across multiple organizational use cases. The Salesforce Functional Analyst will also collaborate closely with product owners, architects, development teams, and offshore QA resources to identify risks, dependencies, and solution gaps early in the delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-aligned functional scenarios and acceptance criteria.

  • Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.

  • Assess the impact of Salesforce changes on upstream and downstream enterprise systems.

  • Perform functional and end-to-end testing across Salesforce LC Next Gen solutions.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and solution gaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Coordinate and lead offshore QA resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

  • Support continuous improvement of Salesforce delivery processes and quality frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8 10 years of experience in Salesforce functional analysis, validation, or QA roles.

  • 8+ years of experience translating business requirements into functional scenarios and acceptance criteria.

  • 8+ years of experience validating Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations.

  • 6+ years of experience performing functional and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions.

  • Strong experience collaborating with product owners, architects, and development teams.

  • Proven ability to assess enterprise system impacts and manage complex dependencies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
