Salesforce Lightning Developer (or Lead Salesforce Developer)

We enable companies to use data analytics to better understand, predict, and influence consumer behavior, identify new market opportunities, provide essential data to users, alert them when key business metrics change, and enable smart decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of programming/systems analysis experience with 3-5 years of relevant experience in applications and systems engineering development, database, and middleware technologies.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce customer portal, web services, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, Reports, and Dashboards.
• 3+ years of experience in development, client interaction, vendor collaboration, UAT support, and release management across environments.
• Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Standard Objects and related business processes.
• Experience with custom integrations, Salesforce Sites, API Calls, AppExchange App Development, and Package Creation.
• Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills with minimal supervision.
• Ability to apply best practices, standards, and SDLC concepts across functional areas.

Mandatory Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Java/coding hands-on experience.
• Apex, Visualforce, Webservices.
• Lightning experience is essential.
• Knowledge of AJAX, JQuery, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Objects and Data Model.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily development activities, focusing on custom development tasks on the Salesforce.com platform using Apex and Visualforce.
• Create, develop, and support SFDC custom solutions and integrations.
