Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will work for a Salesforce based Compliance project with Cloud Compliance Operations team to support the execution of Cloud commercial agreements in compliance with internal selling policies.

Responsibilities:

• Support program management for a Salesforce based Compliance project, including support in preparing a BRD and liaising with technical/systems teams on a regular basis.
• Conduct and support system audit activities for Cloud Commercial Contract & Agreements.
• Support contract operations to ensure contracts are executed in a compliant and timely manner.
• Respond to inbound questions about sales policies and processes from Cloud Sellers Support with assurance testing desktop procedures.

Experience:

• 1 year of systems/technical support experience, preferably with Salesforce.
• 1 year of experience with quality assurance / audit activities.
• 1 year of experience with contract operations or compliance activities.
• 1 year of project management experience.

Skills:

• 3 year of systems/technical support experience, preferably with Salesforce.
• 3 year of experience with quality assurance / audit activities.
• 5 year experience with contract review / sales operations / systems support / compliance activities.
• 2 year of project management experience 3 years of experience managing vendors on scaled operations.

Education:

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
