Job Description:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs\n\t
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests\n\t
• Assess students' skills to determine their needs and develop teaching plans\n\t
• Collaborate with parents, administrators, and other professionals to create effective learning environments\n\t
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development\n\t
• Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth\n

Education and Certification Requirements:

\n\n

\n\t
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field\n\t
• State certification in Special Education\n\t
• Prior experience working with students with special needs preferred\n\t
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\t
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic teaching environment\n
