Full Time Sign Language Interpreter Position
Position: License Sign Language Interpreter
Location: Reno, NV
Job Details:
- 2 openings
- Caseload varies but pairs with our special education classrooms. The interpreters travel with students who mainstream or work with related service providers who do not sign.
- Full Time - 30 hours, M-F
- Responsibilities: Provide sign language interpretation services to students and staff, support students in their educational and social activities, and ensure effective communication within the school environment.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Sign Language Interpretation
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
