Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Scrum Master position for our client in Piscataway, NJ.
Duration: 12 months
Duties:Lead Agile teams as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on SAFe Agile principles and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs and align deliverables with business goals.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
Track progress using Agile tools such as Jira or Rally and report key metrics to stakeholders.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Proficiency with Jira , Confluence , or similar Agile tools.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills.
Experience in telecommunications (preferably AT&T ) and/or cloud-based project environments .
Familiarity with hybrid cloud management and integration initiatives preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably obtained in the U.S.) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field required.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and market conditions. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
