Job Title: Scrum Master

Pay Range: C$600 - C$650/ Day

Job Description:
About the Role: Are you a seasoned Scrum Master looking to lead a dynamic team in delivering a cutting-edge data warehousing solution on Azure? We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and drive the successful implementation of our new Dynamics CE-based solution.

Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals in following agile delivery principles, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
• Project Management: Oversee story creation, estimation, planning, and organization of the project into DevOps, guaranteeing on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, track, report, and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate interactions with clients and the project team, fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration.
• Backlog Management: Manage the product and sprint backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Scrum Experience: 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in a Scrum Master or related role, with a proven track record in delivering successful software development projects using agile methodologies.
• Data Warehousing Expertise: Deep understanding of data warehousing principles, including data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data governance.
• Azure Cloud Proficiency: Experience leading software development teams in large-scale data warehousing solutions on the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics.
• Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Azure DevOps, including setting up project structures, creating reports, queries, and dashboards.
• Dynamics 365 Experience: (Optional) Experience leading software development teams in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance and Operations (F&O) environment.
• Certifications: Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.
