  • Implement & Adapt: Assist teams in effectively implementing changes that enhance their workflows and outputs.
  • Ensure & Maintain: Verify that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint, promoting excellence.
  • Guide & Elevate: Lead development teams towards higher levels of Scrum maturity, enabling them to thrive.
  • Cultivate & Inspire: Help build a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product and enjoy their work.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Technical Familiarity: Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Scrum Expertise: Exceptional knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
  • Agile Knowledge: Good understanding of other Agile frameworks such as Crystal and XP.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcasing strong servant leadership abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proven skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution to maintain team harmony.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience in full stack development with technologies including SQL, REST Services, C# .NET Core, Bootstrap, and Vue.js on MS Azure.
