Job Summary/Company :

Sparks Group has partnered with an established financial services company to fins a Scrum Master. As the Scrum Master you will be responsible for cultivating a productive environment by guiding teams in agile values, managing impediments, and coaching members. The ideal candidate will have their Scrum Master certification along with 5 years of related in-depth knowledge and experience with complex IT solutions, Agile and Scrum Methodology, a proven track record of working with scrum team. • Collaborate with Product Management, Operations & Technology to enhance scrum team agility.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues within scrum teams.
• Ensure adherence to agile processes and proper documentation of artifacts.
• Manage project status and financial reporting.
• Keep senior management informed on project status and timely issue communication

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field
• Scrum Master Certification
• 5+ years of related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems
• 5+ years’ experience working in technology and 3-to-4-year Scrum Master Experience
• Thorough knowledge of and experience in Agile practices
• Experience working with agile scrum teams as a SCRUM Master
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of SWIFT, FED, CHIPS or ACH
