As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of observations, incidents, and activities as required by site protocols.
• Assist visitors, staff, and/or tenants with inquiries and directions, providing a visible Allied Universal presence at the location.
• Work collaboratively with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Remain alert and attentive to the surroundings, identifying and reporting any potential security-related risks or hazards.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
