Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce administration, Salesforce Apex, and Lightning framework. The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals. The analyst will support technical and functional teams, manage Salesforce configurations, participate in testing, and contribute to continuous system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and translation of business needs into functional specifications.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to implement scalable solutions.
Configure Salesforce features such as custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards.
Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solution accuracy.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations based on business needs.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and enhancements to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills

Strong business analysis skills including process mapping, requirement elicitation, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud), SOQL, workflows, dashboards, and automation tools.
Experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and platform configuration.
Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Platform App Builder
Agile/CSM certifications are a plus

Experience

8+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in Salesforce-driven projects.
Experience working in Agile environments and CRM optimization projects.
