This consulting assignment will focus on the financial activities of HS ONE. Managing/tracking multiple aspects of the HS One Operating agreement(s) with a focus on rights, particularly from an Accounting, Finance, and Cash flow perspective. The position will report into the CFO and work closely with IB Finance and Accounting teams, HS One and HSI Finance and Accounting teams. The duration of the assignment is TBD.

Responsibilities:

• Cash distribution calculations: Review detailed quarterly calculations from HS One to determine Available Cash for distribution. Ensure calculations are appropriate and accurate. Research specific line items to determine cash treatment.
• HSI corporate charges to HS One: Obtain support for historical monthly/quarterly/annual charges. Ensure amounts are appropriate and accurate. Obtain supporting documentation for future charges; ensure amounts are properly included in budgets and forecasts.
• Technology Services and Other Charges from IB to HS One: Track technology usage of IB team (resources and hosting) and Vendor invoices. Invoice HS One monthly and ensure payments are received timely from HS One.
• FP&A and KPIs: Obtain budgets and forecasts in a timely manner from HS One to ensure IB can consolidate into its own budgets and forecasts. Obtain monthly/quarterly business KPIs in order to assess the health of individual businesses within HS One.
• Coordinate with the management teams of IB, HS One and HSI. Conduct meetings/calls as necessary.
• Identify financial discrepancies and suggest corrective actions
• Perform detailed forensic accounting investigations
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulations

Skills and Experience Required:

• 7-10+ years of accounting and finance experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Experience partnering with senior level leadership.
• Solid sense of accountability, sound personal judgment, and maturity.
• Superb interpersonal, influencing and oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and non-routine information in a professional manner.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. CPA a plus.
