This role offers the ideal platform to leverage ones legal skills while ensuring compliance and fostering company growth What You will Be Doing: Collaborate with business partners at all levels, both locally and globally, to align legal strategies with business objectives. Provide legal guidance on regulatory matters such as Anti-Kickback Statutes, False Claims Act, antitrust, and transparency laws. Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements. Assess and weigh multiple factors when advising on decisions or courses of action. Develop and implement company-wide or function-specific policies, processes, and training programs. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contracting procedures. Additional duties as assigned. What You Bring : JD from an accredited U.S. law school. Minimum 5 years of in-house legal counsel experience (top-tier law firm candidates considered) advising multinational medical device companies in areas of intellectual property, compliance, commercial contracts, antitrust, privacy, healthcare fraud and abuse, FDA regulatory, corporate, and M&A Extensive experience with commercial contracts, GPOs, and IDNs agreements. Expertise in healthcare fraud and abuse laws, including False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute. CA bar license required. Ability to travel domestically and internationally (5-15%). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Preferred Qualifications: 8 years of relevant commercial healthcare legal experience. Experience with FDA regulations, HIPAA, and healthcare privacy laws. M&A transaction and strategic partnership experience. Fluency in German is a plus.
