Job Description

Senior Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Specialist with proven experience utilizing Hubspot to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content creation, social media management, and lead nurturing, to drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition while optimizing campaign performance within the Hubspot platform.

Key responsibilities:

Campaign Creation and Execution

  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels using Hubspot tools, including email marketing sequences, landing pages, forms, and workflows to nurture leads and convert them into SSCOR customers.

Content Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and manage a content calendar, including blog posts, social media content, google ads and other digital assets to attract and engage the SSCOR target audience.

Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Utilize Hubspot’s lead scoring and lead management features to identify and prioritize high quality leads for SSCOR Sales executive outreach.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using Hubspot analytics, track key performance indicators, website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and generate actionable insights to optimize strategies.

Brand and Regulatory Compliance

  • Work with Marketing Director and Quality Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and brand integrity on all web, email and marketing projects and activities.

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate customer data within the SSCOR Hubspot CRM, ensuring data integrity and leveraging it to personalize marketing communications.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms with an emphasis on Linked-in, engaging with followers and promoting brand awareness.

SSCOR Website and Ecommerce Optimization

  • Collaborate with the SSCOR Marketing Director to optimize website content and landing pages for lead generation and user experience.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Hubspot platform
  • Comprehensive understanding of Hubspot features including marketing automation, contact management, email marketing, and analytics
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and draw actionable insights to improve marketing initiatives. Ability to track and organize large amounts of data.
  • Content Creation Expertise
  • Excellent writing and editing skills to produce high-quality marketing content
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media, Google ads, and other digital marketing tactics.

Work experience, Competencies and Education

  • 4 year College degree
  • 4+ years Hubspot Specialist experience
  • Able to build rapport with other employees, potential customers, in a respectful manner
  • Able to accept change in a positive and proactive manner
