Operations - Virginia Beach, VA The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Senior Studio Technician to work in our studios to ensure technical studio standards are met, operate television cameras and perform various studio functions. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Strong knowledge and capability of operating a camera Comprehensive knowledge of television production and workflow Function as a Lighting Technician and assist in the duties of the Lighting Director Punctual, regular, and consistent in attendance Ability to carry video and lighting equipment, and consistently lift 40 lbs or more Ability to climb ladders and work from a scissor lift at extended heights Good hand-eye coordination, ability to stand for long periods of time Good visual and creative skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team, working collaboratively with various show producers Ability to consistently meet deadlines and work under pressure with quickly changing priorities Willing to cross train in support of the department's mission Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to work different shifts, extended hours, and meet unexpected work demands CBN is a global nonprofit ministry demonstrating the love of God by sharing the Gospel through digital content, traditional media, and humanitarian aid.
