You'll report to the SVP of marketing and work on all products in the company's portfolio.
What You'll Do
Craft Stunning Websites: Own the design and update our marketing websites, ensuring they as dynamic as the leagues, sports and brands we support.
Elevate Digital Creative: Develop engaging digital assets, including landing pages, banners, videos, playbooks, and email templates, that make our brand unforgettable.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and an unbeatable user experience.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Leverage the latest design tools and techniques to keep us at the forefront of digital innovation.
Requirements
Experience That Counts: 5+ years of web design experience, ideally in a startup or small company environment.
B2B Expertise: Bonus points if you've worked with software companies and understand the nuances of B2B design.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and front-end design principles.
Strategic Thinking: You're not just about aesthetics-you design with purpose, driving user engagement and conversions.
Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset, paired with the ability to work independently when needed.
Adaptability: A flexible mindset and the ability to rapidly iterate and manage multiple projects simultaneously. We're moving fast!

You're based in (or willing to relocate to) Charlotte, NC, and excited to work in person.
