Cold Stone Creamery #21968 in Winston-Salem, NC is looking for Shift Lead's to join our team. We are located at Hanes Mall Shopping Center in Winston-Salem, NC. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
• Train and develop new team members to company standard
• Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
• Motivate staff while working towards one goal
• Make fresh Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles, etc.
• Ordering/Receiving product and supplies
• Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Maintaining a clean, organized store

Qualifications

• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
• Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
• At least 1 year food service leadership experience
• Cake Decorating experience is a huge plus
• Experience in motivating co-workers
• A willingness to learn all aspects of Quick Service Restaurant Management
• Computer, POS and cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)
• Your own transportation
• The ability to work up to 6 hours a day on your feet, lift up to 50lbs
• Able to clearly communicate with customers
