Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media and Marketing Specialist to manage all aspects of our digital marketing and social media efforts. This role will focus on promoting our construction and synthetic turf services, engaging with our audience, and generating leads through compelling content and targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, understands the construction industry, and has a proven track record in boosting brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube to showcase projects, share industry insights, and highlight customer success stories.
• Create engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and graphics of before-and-after transformations, installation processes, and turf product features.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to target local homeowners, businesses, and contractors interested in construction and synthetic turf solutions.
• Monitor social media analytics, track engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize reach, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, such as promoting seasonal offers or new service launches.
• Handle email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and SEO-optimized blog content to educate audiences on synthetic turf benefits, maintenance tips, and construction trends.
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and comments on social channels to build community and foster positive relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools to keep our brand innovative and competitive.
• Coordinate with external vendors for photography, videography, or graphic design as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Not a MUST
• 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the construction, landscaping, or home improvement sectors.
• Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid media strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting persuasive, industry-specific copy.
• Creative eye for visual content, especially in capturing construction projects and product installations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the construction or synthetic turf industry is a plus.
