Job Description

Position Summary Establish, support, and maintain the movement of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data and ensure delivery using AS2 to transfer files to/from trading partners and business systems. Setup, support and maintain the movement of Class 1 data using SFTP (Secure File Transfer Program) files and ensure delivery to/from trading partners. Principle Duties and Responsibilities (essential functions)

• Ensure SFTP and EDI production processing within the transport software are maintained and properly executed to ensure delivery of outbound and inbound files to/from trading partners and business systems.
• Set up trading partner profiles, and monitor, test and resolve issues with AS2 transport and SFTP using current software.
• Manage AS2 certificates, PGP keys and URL changes within the Transport software.
• Provide 24-hour on call support for internal and external partners.
• Create and maintain technical documentation of Delhaize America EDI specifications and procedures for vendors.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues including error messages, system status and downtime procedures.
• Troubleshoot and tune existing components from an administration perspective.
• Test, implement, develop and maintain trading partner definitions and their relationship to translation objects utilizing EDI translation and communication tools.
• Manage communications with trading partners for SFTP and EDI transactions set-up and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate between trading partners and networks to ensure mapping compliance.
• Test and resolve incoming file problems.
• Maintain and update EDI website.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for issues in production environment.
• Lead discussions with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the design of EDI solutions.
• Assure solutions are aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Help create documentation to support EDI and SFTP processes.
• Assure the team uses best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve processes and solutions.
• Interact with other IT areas, business users and trading partners.
• Engage in open discussion of ideas, opinions, concerns and solutions.
• Recommend alternative solutions to reduce costs or improve services.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Minimum of three years EDI work experience.
• Knowledge of EDI and B2B Integration software for trading partner management.

• Five plus years of experience in the use of EDI
• Knowledge of B2B Integration software for trading partner management
• Two plus years of experience of Axway B2Bi or other AS2 Communication Software
