Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Souring Manager to join our Operations team within our high-volume manufacturing environment. You will work within our new products team and be responsible for supplier identification, make/buy analysis, and project management while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
3+ years of Sourcing/Buying experience within a manufacturing environment
Must be experienced as a Project Manager, or at least understand being deadline driven, cross-collaboration, and adhering to timelines.
Supplier identification is key
Ability to handle procurement through working with vendors and negotiation.
Proven presentation skills with the ability to garner buy-in.
Experience with Lean supply chain tools preferred.
Agility and willingness to work in a challenging, fast-paced work environment.
Background in manufacturing or engineering will be a bonus
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or similar will be a plus
