In the role of  Sr. Manager, Brewery Technology  – South  working across the North America region, you will be part of the information technology team. You will own the design, implementation, and operations of technology solutions for multiple manufacturing sites (Brew, Pack, Warehouse, Utilities) and lead initiatives that deliver scale and standards across the North America brewery network.  Y ou are both a strategic leader and an operational driver—able to set the vision for technology excellence and execute it  effectively across 4–5 brewery locations.  

 

This position sits in our  Corporate office in Milwaukee and reports to the Sr. Director Product Solution Owner – Manufacturing Technology  working closely with  the  Vice Presidents of Brewery Operations, World Class Supply Chain Pillar Leads, and cross-functional teams across North America. You will lead an organization of 15–20 people, including 4–5 Brewery Systems Managers as direct reports, and act as the “Face of IT” for multiple breweries while serving as a trusted advisor to senior operations leadership.  

 

What  You’ll Be Brewing :  

 

Most importantly, you will lead a team  of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations  

  • Develop & Implement Brewery Technology Strategy  

  • Serve as the “voice of the customer” for brewery IT, gathering input and defining requirements for corporate technology projects.  

  • Act as the primary conduit between Corporate IT and Brewery IT teams to ensure scalable, standardized solutions.  

  • Deliver Scale Through Standards & Mechanisms  

  • Establish feedback loops across breweries and create action plans to manage site-specific variables.  

  • Drive change management for technology and process updates across multiple sites.  

  • Audit systems regularly and implement improvements, including automation and adoption tracking.  

  • Performance & Talent Management  

  • Build and develop a high-performing Brewery IT team through coaching, mentoring, and hiring.  

  • Define roles and standards for Brewery Systems Managers and Manufacturing Systems Engineers.  

  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement through 1:1s and employee forums.  

  • Support Manufacturing IT Project Delivery  

  • Identify technology gaps and document requirements to inform business cases.  

  • Serve as the primary interface for product solution owners and manage regional IT projects using sound project management practices.  

  • Manage KPIs, SLAs & Stakeholder Relationships  

  • Drive continuous improvement in IT performance metrics and project execution.  

  • Conduct quarterly reviews with breweries to highlight performance trends.  

  • Act as escalation point for critical system issues and manage vendor relationships.

  • You hold a  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant STEM  field, or have equivalent experience.  

  • You have 8–10 years of experience leading manufacturing systems across multi-site operations and excel at driving technology solutions and standards.  

  • You have knowledge of manufacturing systems, preferably GE-Proficy MES, SAP EWM, PM, and QM.  

  • You have experience leading the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing systems.  

  • You bring advanced technical acumen  in both hardware and software solutions.  

  • You are a subject matter expert in automation, control systems, brewing, packaging, warehousing, and IT infrastructure.  

  • You have proven  expertise in motivating, coaching, and developing talent.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings $143,900.00-  $188,900.00(posting salary range) + 20 target short term incentive +   target long term incentive + $23,000  on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
