We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Web Developer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our e-commerce operations, focusing on the Shopify platform. Your duties will range from data verification and report generation to recommending automation solutions to improve our efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities
• Analyze, review, and confirm data mappings between Shopify and other integrated systems to ensure a seamless data flow.
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies in data mapping in a timely manner.
• Generate and modify reports within Shopify or other integrated platforms based on evolving business requirements.
• Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights that can influence decision-making.
• Assess current workflows and processes, identifying any inefficiencies that may exist.
• Recommend and implement automation tools or scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement.
• Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of detail oriented experience in web development

Skills:

• Proficiency in Shopify

• Expertise in Data Mapping and Customer Journey Mapping

• Demonstrated ability to create Custom Reports and Detailed Reports

• Extensive knowledge and experience in working with API gateways

• Proven experience in API development

• Solid understanding of API - Application Programming Interface
