Job Description CPA firm seeking a tax professional who is very strong in all aspects of High Net Worth personal income tax preparation. This position is Hybrid Responsibilities: Assume full responsibility for directing engagements and special assignments and supervise a number of engagements simultaneously. Implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives. Perform all tasks related to client service and ensure that assignments are accomplished by the engagement team within the budgeted time. Responsible for the professional and technical development of the staff through on-the-job interaction and leading in-house training. Develop a list of potential referral sources to bring new business to the firm. Develop expertise in one or more specific industry areas. Qualifications: CPA Five years of strong experience in personal income tax matters including fiduciary and foundation. Experience with complex returns requiring 20-40 K-1 schedules. Ability to supervise in-house and off-site bookkeepers. Ability to make adjusting general ledger journals.
