What you will be doing

• Orchestrate engaging learning environments by preparing materials, equipment, and spaces for dynamic workshops and sessions.

What you will NOT be doing

• Passive observation: This role demands active participation. You won't be a bystander—you'll be in the thick of the action, directly supporting student growth and achievement.
• Shouldering undue pressure: While you'll play a vital role, you won't be expected to lead classes, deliver lectures, or handle complex emotional coaching. That's the domain of our expert Guides.

Candidate Requirements

• Commitment to work on-site at our cutting-edge campuses in Austin, Bastrop, or Brownsville.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the option to increase up to 30 hours based on your availability. You set your schedule within our school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
• Proven track record of successfully engaging with and inspiring young learners.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, clear communication skills, and innovative problem-solving aptitude.
• Approachable, energetic personality that resonates with children and fosters a positive learning environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
