Flightstar is currently seeking a Production Control Lead to support our administrative operations on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience supporting MRO maintenance operations. Position Summary The Technical Recruiter will participate in the execution of the recruitment and retention of technical talent into the organization as it relates to the company's annual KPI's. The Technical Recruiter serves as the primary point of contact for contract companies and external applicants in all matters pertaining to the recruitment activities for technical skills. Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including interviewing job applicants, reviewing applications/resumes, evaluating applicant skills, and making recommendations regarding applicant qualifications Proactively prospect and grow a diverse applicant pipeline. Assist in maintaining relationships with various recruiting sources and represent the company at job and career fairs. Support the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Partner with Maintenance leadership to schedule interviews. Establish and maintain relationships with staffing organizations, career fair organizations, and military transitioning organizations. Develop and present candidate tracking status reports to department and senior company leadership. All other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Keen interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and applicants Expert level written and verbal communication skills. Emotional maturity with proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with 14 CFR Part 121 and 145 Programs preferred Education Required: High School Diploma English Proficiency
