Staffing Now is partnering with a growing client in the Plano area to find a Clerical Title Clerk. This role will be responsible for processing and filing title work accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with state and dealership requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple dealership locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• File and process title work for vehicles
• Apply for duplicate titles as needed
• Issue checks for tax and title payments to appropriate counties
• Verify collected funds for accuracy
• Prepare out-of-state title work for various states
• Serve as backup runner for title work at county offices and manage dealership paperwork flow
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and organized work area
• Cross-train to provide coverage for multiple store locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive title work preferred
• Dealership Experience preferred
• Strong clerical and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to support different dealership locations
