We are searching for a high-quality lead teacher in a private early childhood setting-excellent working conditions with a great team of teachers.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 3 years of Experience in a licensed daycare setting.
• Ability to pass National & State Background Checks.
• RIELDS and college credits preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Experience and demonstrated ability in working with children.
• Strong attention to detail, timelines, and great multi-tasking skills.
• Self-motivator and problem solver.
• Excellent communicator and shows confidence in building and maintaining relationships with children and parents.
• Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow curriculum and manage lesson plans, under the RIELD Standards.
• Someone wants to advance in their career.
