You’ll be responsible for responding to all communications and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities:
- Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
- Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
- Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
- Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
