COTA - Rehab

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of an occupational therapist to provide treatments that help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Guide patients through therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, coordination, and functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising occupational therapist.
• Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support recovery and promote independence at home.

Work Environment:

• Work in rehabilitation centers, hospitals, nursing care facilities, or outpatient clinics.
