**Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse Case Manager - Employee Health!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Oversee the vibrant Employee Health Program, supporting the health and wellbeing of our dedicated staff.\n- Conduct initial assessments as part of the employee immunization program.\n- Manage workers' compensation with professionalism and care.\n- Engage in data collection, maintenance, and statistical computation to enhance program efficiency.\n- Collaborate with a passionate team to create a healthy and safe workplace.\n\n**Position Qualifications:**\n\n - Completed a program of education from a NLN approved institution. \n- BSN preferred; LPN minimum accepted.\n- At least 4 years of Nursing Experience, ideally in an adult care setting.\n- Valid LPN or RN license in good standing with the State of Alaska or another state if hired through the Commissioned Corps or I.H.S. system.\n- Certification in BLS, ACLS, and Employee/Occupational Health preferred. If not possessed upon hire, obtain AHA BLS certification within one year.\n- Proficient with office equipment: computers, telephones, fax machines, copiers.\n- Knowledge of TJC/OSHA regulations is advantageous.\n- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel, as well as required nursing competencies.\n\n**Shift Information:**\n\n- 8-hour day shift.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**\n\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
