• Shift: Monday–Friday
• Variable start and end times — must be flexible
• No weekends

• SPH North: 3330 Ptarmigan Ln, Helena, MT 59602
• SPH Broadway: 2550 E Broadway St, Helena, MT 59601

📝 Position Details

A facility in Helena, MT, is seeking a flexible LPN to float between two outpatient locations. Candidates must be adaptable to variable daytime schedules and comfortable transitioning between sites as needed.

✔️ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience
• Active LPN license (MT or compact, if applicable)
• Current BLS (AHA) required
• Must be comfortable floating between clinic locations
